President of National Lawyers Guild calls for Rumsfeld's prosecution.
On Jurist, the Pitt Law blog, Prof. Marjorie Cohn outlines the reasons and the method.
The reasons:
*Responsibility for engineering a war of aggression;
*Command responsibility for extra-judicial executions during the war;
*Sanctioning torture and cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment of prisoners;
The method:
*On Tuesday, November 14, the NLG and the Center for Constitutional Rights will ask the German federal prosecutor to initiate an investigation.
Scotus says: This approach will take Scotus a few hours to get his paws around. Scotus will be back with more.

Fry his miserable ass.

Scotus is nitpicky. Scotus growls:
(A) Is Rumsfeld miserable? He's always seemed perversely happy.
(B) Scotus is a dog & doesn't eat fried food. Scotus would bite Rummy's ass, miserable or not.
(C) If PoliticalCritic is calling for Rummy & his ass to be "fried" in a different way, Scotus notes that, under current public international law, capital punishment is not sought, even in the most serious trials for genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. And Scotus puppy-dogs along happily with that.
